Exchanges and Returns:
Items purchased may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be received in hand within 30 days of the sales receipt. Merchandise must be in the original condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt and gift box with any warranty cards intact. Clearance items or altered pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Special Orders/Custom Designs and Remakes:
Special order, custom designs and remakes are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any jewelry, gemstone or item ordered or altered at the at the clients' request such as a sizing or engraving, or any item ordered in from a vendor that is not in stock on the website at time of purchase.

Items $500 and up are free 2nd day shipping USPS
All items $499 and below are $15 2nd day USPS
All overnight packages in the continental US are $45
